NAPL Award
On January 9th, 2008 - The National Association of Print Leadership, announced Morrison Communications is the recipient of the Platinum Customer Focus Award. With only 3 Platinum awards being awarded, Morrison Communications has joined a very small and elite group of exceptional companies across the county whose bottom line customer satisfaction scores are more than 10 percent higher than their competitors. The award was presented at the NAPL's Top Management Conference at the Ritz Carlton in Orlando, Florida on March 11th, 2008. Maudie Briggs, CEO, along with Candice Durman, Sales, Marketing, & Customer Service Manager, traveled to Florida to accept the award.
"When your customers are the judge of your performance and you are the best among your peers, that is the most conclusive tribute a company can possibly get," Briggs stated regarding this significant achievement.
