FTP Instructions It is easy to send files to us electronically. You must have an FTP client (program) such as Fetch for the Mac platform and Leech FTP for Windows to transfer files to our site. You can find FTP programs available to download on the internet. 1) If you are sending multiple files, place all contents in ONE enclosing folder. 2) Using a compression program, please compress the folder into a single archive. We accept ZIP, RAR (or similar). 3) Please rename the compressed folder. There should be NO spaces between words in title. Example: Use the Morrison job # given by the CSR or name of your company. 4) Open your FTP client, and log-in using the following information: • Host: 66.255.65.58 • User ID: call for User ID • Password: call for Password • Directory: incoming • Click OK 5) Drag your Compressed file onto the FTP Client Window (upload should begin automatically). 6) After your upload is complete, please send an email informing us what you have FTPed and mention the name of the file you have sent. You can also send files to us through some Internet Browsers (will not work on some Apple Computer and PC browsers) 1) Open Internet Explorer. 2) In the address section, type in ftp://66.255.65.58 3) A Pop-Up window will appear 4) In User Name type admin/mpcustomer 5) Call us at 1-800-251-0975 for password 6) Select the "incoming" folder 7) Now either drag and drop your file into the folder, or do a copy and paste |
